1. Payment providers

Authorised providers process payments. MonsoonKeys does not store complete card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Providers may process transaction identifiers, billing details, device signals, and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy policies.

2. Contact data

We collect information you provide when making an enquiry or requesting service, such as name, email, phone number, delivery address, order reference, and message content. We use it to respond, fulfil requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. Support data

Support messages may include device details, photographs, videos, packaging labels, or descriptions of damage. We use this information to investigate the request, provide warranty assistance, verify claims, and maintain an appropriate support record. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies may support security and preferences. Optional cookies are used only where allowed and may be controlled using browser or consent settings. Restricting optional cookies does not prevent access to core product and policy information.

5. Analytics

Limited analytics may record approximate region, device category, page performance, navigation paths, and feature interactions. We use aggregated reports to improve reliability and product discovery, not to make sensitive decisions about individuals.

6. User rights
