1. Warranty

Products include the warranty stated on their listing, with at least twelve months against manufacturing defects unless clearly marked otherwise. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, voltage damage, and unauthorised modifications are excluded.

2. Water resistance limits

Spill-resistant products are designed for limited accidental droplets or small spills under stated conditions. They are not waterproof, submersible, or suitable for outdoor rain exposure. Disconnect power immediately after contact and follow the product’s drying instructions.

3. Returns

Return requests must be raised within seven days of delivery. Products should be unused, complete, and in original packaging. Approved refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method. Preference-based shipping deductions may apply where permitted.

4. Replacements

Verified manufacturing defects, incorrect deliveries, or eligible transit damage may qualify for replacement. Availability can affect timing. We may offer an equivalent product or refund when the original item cannot be replaced.

5. Shipping

We serve eligible Indian PIN codes through independent carriers. Delivery estimates may change because of severe weather, holidays, regional disruption, or remote-area routing. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery and contact information.

6. Support

Email help@monsoonkeys.pro with the product name, order reference, and a clear issue description. For damage or spill-related questions, include photographs where safe. Support operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST.

7. Final terms

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product appearance can vary slightly across displays. These terms follow applicable Indian law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Updates apply prospectively from the published revision date.
